Well a new year is afoot AND I am not dead - so that is kinda great for me!...

Since you and I last met, as two-leggers interacting in the real world, I've been scavenging my help from the bones of the weekly sessions.
Scouring my records of each subject discussed in each appointment (notes, recommended reading, memories, journals, etc.) and hoping to find what I don't even know I'm looking for!... It is where I know that I can find help when it is time to ask for help.
